This study will provide a high-quality synthesis to examine the prevalence and associated factors of ocular trauma worldwide. Furthermore, current study will project disease estimates in the next 50 years.
This systematic review and meta-analysis will provide first evidence to evaluate the burden of ocular trauma in the general population.
This systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials does not require ethical recognition, and the results of this paper will be published in an open access, internationally influential academic journal.

However, high-quality studies that compare the outcomes of TKA and UKA and their effects are still lacking in the literature. https://www.selleckchem.com/products/danicamtiv-myk-491.html Thus, the aim of the present study was to compare the UKA and TKA techniques with regard to functional outcomes and perioperative complications in patients who had isolated medial osteoarthritis.
This was a retrospective, single-center, matched-controlled study performed with approval of our hospital (Kunshan hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated to Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine), with the ethics number KZY2020-37. To reduce the effect of selection bias and potential confounding in this observational study, a 11 matching algorithm was applied. The groups were split by sex, age to within 6 years, and body mass index within 5?kg/m. Thus, we retrospectively reviewed the records of 240 consecutively enrolled patients who underwent UKA and 240 patients who underwent TKA from January 2013 to June 2015 from the database of our institution. Written informed consent was obtained from all subjects participating in the trial. Clinical outcomes included range of motion, Short Form 12 score, new Knee Society Score, Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Arthritis Index, and the complications. The outcome measures were evaluated by a physiotherapist and were assessed preoperatively and postoperatively at 6 months and 2 years. The mean follow-up time was 3 years.
We hypothesized that there was no significant difference between the 2 groups in terms of postoperative outcomes.

Lung and kidney yang deficiency syndrome is a common type of asthma and the Chinese herbal medicine formula modified Mahuang-Fuzi-Xixin (MFX) decoction is prescribed for mild bronchial asthma patients with acute exacerbation syndrome. However, there is not obvious evidence to support the efficacy and safety of modified MFX decoction the efficacy and safety to treat mild bronchial asthma and the mechanism of this disease is still unclear.
A double-blind, placebo-controlled, randomized clinical trial was proposed by us. After a 10-day run-in period, 180 eligible objects will be recruited in this study. These subjects will be allocated to the experimental group or control group in a 11 ratio. Patients in the experimental group will take modified MFX decoction. At the same time, patients in the control group will receive a matched placebo. The budesonde the evidence for the effect of modified MFX decoction in patients with mild bronchial asthma during acute exacerbation. It also will explore the mechanism of this formula in the treatment of bronchial asthma, which will provide another treatment option for patients with mild bronchial asthma.High quality nursing care (HQNC) has been reported to effectively prevent psychological disorders and improve the quality of life (QoL) in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) during the treatment. However, the exact effect of HQNC remains controversial. This systematic review will be aimed to assess the effectiveness of HQNC on psychological disorders and QoL in patients with HCC.
Eligible prospective controlled clinical trials were searched from Google Scholar, Medline, Excerpt Medica Database (Embase), PubMed, Web of Science (WOS), Cochrane Library, China Scientific Journal Database (CSJD), China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Chinese BioMedical Database (CBM) and Wanfang Database. Papers in English or Chinese published from January 2000 to July 2020 will be included without any restrictions. The clinical outcomes including psychological outcomes, QoL, and adverse events of HQNC in patients with HCC were systematically evaluated.Study selection and data extraction will be performed independently by two reviewers. Stata 14.0 and Review Manager 5.3 were used for data analysis. Methodological quality for each eligible study will be assessed by using Cochrane risk of bias tool. Subgroup and meta-regression analysis will be carried out depending on the availability of sufficient data.
The results of this systematic review will be published in a peer-reviewed journal.
The results of this study may provide helpful evidence of HQNC on psychological effects and QoL in patients with HCC.

There are many cases of acute pancreatitis (AP) caused by chemotherapeutic agents that have been reported. However, few reports focus on the combination of chemotherapeutic agents that induce acute pancreatitis. This article aims to retrospectively analyze a case of DIP and to explore the relationship between chemotherapeutic agents and acute pancreatitis.
Here, we report a 35-year-old Chinese female patient who was diagnosed as acute myeloid leukemia with BCR/ABL expression. After induction chemotherapy of daunorubicin and cytarabine, bone marrow aspiration showed Acute myeloid leukemia-not relieved (AML-NR). Then the regimen of homoharringtonine, cytarabine and dasatinib was started. The patient developed abdominal pain on the 14th day of chemotherapy. Laboratory tests showed elevated serum amylase (AMY) and lipase (LIPA). Computed tomography (CT) of the abdomen revealed a swollen pancreas with blurred edges and thickened left prerenal fascia.
